Michael MacDonagh

President / General Manager

Michael is a visionary executive, leading a regional specialty general contracting firm, EDS, who takes pride in building collaborative teams, implementing the latest technology, and growing sales by productivity and market expansion. He is an industry leader with a deep understanding and approach to restoring aging infrastructure in the commercial sector. Michael is actively involved in the waterproofing and restoration industry, previously serving as the President of the Sealant, Waterproofing, and Restoration Institute (SWRI) and an honored recipient of the 2023 SWR Institute NextGen Leaders Under 40 Award. Michael was born in Junction City, Kansas and grew up as a “Military Brat,” moving every 1-2 years all over Europe and the Southeastern United States of America. Michael joined EDS in 2005 as a laborer before graduating from East Carolina University in 2007, working his way up to the position he is in today.
