Michael is a visionary executive driving regional growth for EDS and the Valcourt Group. He is passionate about building collaborative, high-performing teams, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and accelerating sales through increased productivity and strategic market expansion. With a deep understanding of the commercial sector, Michael is a recognized industry leader in restoring and revitalizing aging infrastructure, combining innovation with practical expertise to deliver long-term value.

Michael is actively involved in the waterproofing and restoration industry, previously serving as the President of the Sealant, Waterproofing, and Restoration Institute (SWRI) and an honored recipient of the 2023 SWR Institute NextGen Leaders Under 40 Award. Michael was born in Junction City, Kansas and grew up as a “Military Brat,” moving every 1-2 years all over Europe and the Southeastern United States of America. Michael joined EDS in 2005 as a laborer before graduating from East Carolina University in 2007, working his way up to the position he is in today.
