Operations Manager

Matt supervises and oversees the entire operations and ProXpress department for EDS. As Operations Manager, Matt is responsible for all matters affecting the successful operations of the department, including timely customer communication, job scheduling, logistic planning, safety, employee assignments, subcontractor work, productivity, quality control and assurance, equipment, inventories, and vehicle maintenance. Matt is a leader within the commercial waterproofing and restoration industry and is actively involved in SWRI. Matt was born and raised in Salisbury, NC and graduated from East Carolina University with a Criminal Justice Degree where he pursued a career in law-enforcement before joining EDS in 2018.
