As Senior Business Development Manager, Lance helps identify and develop relationships with building owners, property managers, general contractors, and asset managers. He is responsible for educating them about EDS services and pursuing strategic opportunities for growth. Lance was born and raised in Raleigh, NC and graduated from East Carolina University where he pursued a career in the financial lending world before joining EDS in 2016.
