Chris Vlahos

Business Development Manager

Chris is a Business Development Manager for EDS Waterproofing & Restoration, focusing on the Charlotte market and surrounding areas. In this role, he works closely with clients and industry partners to build strong relationships, provide a clear understanding of EDS’s services, and develop effective solutions that protect and enhance their assets.

Prior to joining EDS, Chris spent nine years in healthcare consulting, conducting Medicaid site visits for healthcare providers across North Carolina. This role required a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, detailed reporting, and effective communication with a wide range of healthcare organizations. He then transitioned into medical gas piping sales, where he spent three years working with healthcare facilities and contractors to support critical infrastructure needs.

Chris graduated from Methodist University in 2008 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Golf Management. Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing golf, working out, and attending Virginia Tech sporting events.
