Hospital and Medical Facilities

EDS is attentive to the specific concerns of public and private institutional facilities. Patient safety and security cannot be compromised during the course of exterior waterproofing and/or parking deck restoration projects. Our technicians make the extra effort to communicate with nurses’ stations and hospital administrators, both at the onset of the project and as the project progresses from one area to the next, in the event that greater security and/or sensitivity must be maintained. EDS’ superintendents and management keep in constant contact with hospital administrators to reach the mutual goal of completing the exterior service with as little disturbance and discomfort as possible to the patients and their families.

Education and Government Facilities

EDS understands the challenges of working in and around college campuses and other educational facilities. Our crews are trained and retrained on all basic and advanced techniques of our industry.  However, we essay helper also train our crews and superintendents on the importance of being sensitive to the needs of students and faculty while completing projects at these higher learning facilities. The EDS management team understands that faculty and students have limited time, and that we are there to perform building restoration and/or waterproofing services with as little disruption as possible.
