EDS’ qualifications go well beyond simply caulking and sealing projects. We hold General Contractor licenses in all the areas and markets that we serve. Our contractors and employees run the full spectrum of expertise in masonry, concrete work, specialty coatings and sealants, through-wall flashing, and dam control installations and repair.

EDS technicians are familiar with all current AIA documentation. We welcome bonded projects and are both financially and technically able to handle projects of any size.
