A recent discussion on LinkedIn posed the question of whether a company would experience a greater investment return from enacting energy efficient process and plant improvements or from performing routine maintenance projects.  Many responded in favor of the energy efficiency projects.  This is a logical response, yet it overlooks the direct correlation between regular maintenance and energy efficiency.

The recent recession has affected everyone's behavior in ways large and small. For Exterior Diagnostic Services, it has caused us to seek and adopt new ways of conducting business. These changes have proven to be astute and very beneficial to our clients.

It hardly seems possible to be considering the end of 2009. With the winter months rapidly approaching, we're all concerned about rising energy costs and the havoc they can wreak on dwindling year-end cash reserves.

Ears remain perked towards Copenhagen as the United Nations Climate Change Conference draws to a close. Climate change and the environment are topics about which we're all concerned, especially considering the potential financial effects they entail.
