It hardly seems possible to be considering the end of 2009. With the winter months rapidly approaching, we're all concerned about rising energy costs and the havoc they can wreak on dwindling year-end cash reserves.

President's Corner: EDS Continues Paperless Initiative

By Rick Croom, Senior Project Analyst

As we all know, our planet is finally receiving the attention it needs. EDS continuously looks for ways to protect our environment. Unfortunately, there are few professional grade waterproofing materials or products that can be considered green while maintaining the effectiveness and durability required to offset the cost of restorations. The VOC levels (Volatile Organic Compounds) in some products we use have indeed decreased making the product less harmful to the environment. It isn't a cure-all, but every little bit helps.
